4 Pieces of Indian chicken

Vegetable oil

2 Garlic cloves

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped green sweet chili

1 Cilantro bunch

1 pinch of Salt

Water

½ pound of Corn rice

2 Potatoes

1 Yuca

4 Corn on the cob

1 teaspoon of Pumpkin

1 Carrot

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by thoroughly washing the chicken pieces and carefully drying them.

Step 2 : In a medium pot with hot oil, sauté the garlic, onion, green chili, and cilantro until golden and fragrant.

Step 3 : Add the seasoned chicken pieces with salt and pepper, and sear them well on all sides until golden and juicy.

Step 4 : Pour enough water into the pot to fully cover the chicken, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium.

Step 5 : Let it cook for approximately 50 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
