Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
7 cups of Chicken broth
12 Corn tortillas
2 Chiles
2 Avocados
½ cup of Sour cream
3 Limes
3 Garlic cloves
3 Tomatoes
½ Onion
Oil
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Fresh cheese
1 Parsley sprig
2 cups of Shredded chicken breast
Preparation
Step 1 : In a preheated skillet, place the cut tortillas and move them until toasted.
Step 2 : Then remove and set aside.
Step 3 : In a pot, place the chicken broth with all the seasonings, except for the avocados, chicken, and cheese.
Step 4 : Bring to a boil, then add the tortilla strips.
Step 5 : To serve, slice the avocado and sprinkle with cheese and shredded chicken.
