Tapado Soup
Ingredients
1 pound of Beef
1 pound of Tajo
1 pound of Pork rib
½ pound of Creole chorizo
½ pound of Chicharrón de concha
1 Onion
1 Sweet chili
2 Ripe tomatoes
1 Cilantro sprig
2 Garlic cloves
4 Green plantains
4 Ripe plantains
1 pound of Yucca
1 pound of Potato
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion, sweet chili, tomato, cilantro, and garlic.
Step 2 : Then add water and the beef.
Step 3 : Once the beef begins to soften, add the pork rib.
Step 4 : Incorporate the plantains, vegetables, potato, yucca, tajo, pork rib, and chorizo, and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 5 : Subsequently, add the meats again and cook until everything is well cooked.
