Ingredients

8 Medium pumpkins

1 pound of Ground beef

2 Beef broth packets

2 Garlic cloves

1 Chopped celery stalk

½ Chopped sweet chili

1 Chopped small onion

1 Chopped pear tomato

1 tablespoon of English sauce

1 teaspoon of Mustard

Spices or pepper

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 Large diced carrot

2 ½ cups of Water

½ cup of Chopped cilantro

Oil or margarine

1 pinch of Salt

Butter

Margarine

Preparation

Step 1 : The pumpkins should be washed and all the interior parts removed.

Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, place the ground beef and add the tomato, onion, sweet chili, and carrot.

Step 3 : Add melted margarine to the mixture, which will be used to stuff the pumpkins.

Step 4 : Next, add water and the remaining ingredients, and cook the mixture over low heat for an hour.
