Ingredients

8 Medium pumpkins

1 pound of Ground beef

2 Beef bouillon cubes

2 Garlic cloves

1 Chopped celery stalk

½ Chopped sweet pepper

1 Chopped small onion

1 Chopped pear tomato

1 tablespoon of English sauce

1 teaspoon of Mustard

Spices or pepper

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 Large diced carrot

2 ½ cups of Water

½ cup of Chopped cilantro

Oil or margarine

1 pinch of Salt

Butter

Margarine

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the pumpkins and remove all their internal parts.

Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, place the ground beef and add the tomato, onion, sweet pepper, and carrot.

Step 3 : Add melted margarine to the mixture and use it to fill the pumpkins.

Step 4 : Afterward, add water and the remaining ingredients, and cook the mixture over low heat for one hour.
