Shrimp and Coconut Milk Soup
Ingredients
2 pounds of Shrimp
1 ½ liter of Water
2 Onions
1 Green chili
2 Carrots
3 Potatoes
Achiote
1 Bay leaf
Cilantro
1 Garlic head
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Oil
2 Celery stalks
1 can of Coconut milk
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the shrimp should be sautéed in a large skillet with onion, chili, and garlic using a little oil.
Step 2 : Then, add water and coconut milk to cook for an hour with a bay leaf, covered.
Step 3 : After the time has passed, remove the bay leaf and add the remaining ingredients.
