Ingredients

2 pounds of Shrimp

1 ½ liter of Water

2 Onions

1 Green chile

2 Carrots

3 Potatoes

Achiote

1 Bay leaf

Cilantro

1 Head of garlic

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Oil

2 Celery stalks

1 can of Coconut milk

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the shrimp should be sautéed in a large skillet with onion, chili, and garlic using a little oil.

Step 2 : Then, add water and coconut milk to cook them for an hour with a bay leaf and covered.

Step 3 : After the time has elapsed, remove the bay leaf and add the remaining ingredients.

Step 4 : Bring the mixture to a boil for 5 minutes before serving.
