Ingredients

1 pound of Conch

1 pound of Fish

3 Crabs

½ pound of Clams

½ pound of Shrimps

½ Cassava

1 Green plantain

1 Ripe plantain

1 Carrot

2 cans of Coconut milk

5 liters of Water

1 Margarin bar

1 teaspoon of Cumin

3 Garlic cloves

1 Bell pepper

1 Onion

½ Cilantro bunch

1 Seasoning mix

2 Celery sticks

1 Shrimp bouillon cube

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by finely chopping all the vegetables, cutting the carrot, celery, and onion to your liking, and cutting the plantains into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2 : Then, cook all the vegetables in a large pot with enough water.

Step 3 : Once it starts to boil, add the seasonings and the garlic previously sautéed in butter.

Step 4 : Allow the seafood soup to continue cooking over high heat and add the coconut milk, previously whipped with a little of the same broth from the soup.

Step 5 : Mix everything well, and when it boils again, add the washed seafood and fish.

Step 6 : Let everything cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
