Ingredients

2 Portions of chicken

1 pound of Pinol

2 liters of Water

2 Onions

1 Cilantro bunch

4 Medium tomatoes

1 Cilantro bunch

2 Sweet peppers

1 pinch of Salt

2 Spice bag

2 Tomatillos optional

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the washed chicken portions without skin.

Step 2 : Chop and add the onions, tomatoes, and green chiles, along with the cilantro and culantro.

Step 3 : Fill the pot with 2 liters of water and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Step 4 : Season with salt and spices, and begin to stir the broth.

Step 5 : In a separate container, mix the pinol with water and add it to the other ingredients.

Step 6 : Cook for at least 25 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the pinol from settling.

Step 7 : Check the flavor and the doneness of the chicken and vegetables.

Step 8 : Then turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
