Ingredients
2 pounds of Beef oxtail in pieces
1 Chopped onion
2 Chopped carrots
2 Sliced corncobs
2 Chopped celery stalks
1 Chopped green chili
2 Chopped garlic cloves
4 liters of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot with boiling water, add the beef oxtail and cook for 30 minutes until tender.
Step 2 : Then, add the onion, carrots, corncobs, celery, green chili, garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, then serve the soup hot.
