Olanchano Tapado Soup from Honduras
Ingredients
5 kilograms of Beef
500 grams of Chorizo, that doesn't disintegrate when cooked
1 kilogram of Pork ribs
1 kilogram of Yuca (cassava)
3 Ripe plantains
2 Green plantains
4 cups of Coconut milk
1 Bouillon cube or chicken broth
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Chili pepper
4 Garlic cloves
1 Cilantro bunch
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of Achiote or sweet paprika

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious Olanchano tapado soup from Honduras, start by cutting the meat into medium-sized pieces and cooking it in a pot with enough water and salt until tender.
Step 2 : In another pot, place the pork ribs with chopped garlic and salt to cook.
Step 3 : Cook the chorizo in another pot with a little water.
Step 4 : In a saucepan, sauté garlic, onion, tomato, chili, and cilantro in oil.
Step 5 : Then, add spices, achiote, bouillon cube, coconut milk, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce.
