Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Cut beef

1 ½ liter of Water

4 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 Finely chopped large onion

2 Finely chopped green chili

4 Finely chopped sweet chili peppers

½ cup of Chopped cilantro

½ kilogram of Peeled and chopped squash

½ kilogram of Chopped carrot

½ kilogram of Chopped potatoes

½ kilogram of Chopped pataste

½ kilogram of Sliced green bananas

2 Fresh corn on the cob, sliced into rounds

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, first take a pot and add enough water.

Step 2 : Then, bring it to a boil and add the meat and garlic.

Step 3 : Cook covered until the meat begins to soften.

Step 4 : In a separate skillet, sauté the onion, chilis, and season to taste.

Step 5 : After stirring, let it cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6 : Next, add this sauté and the cilantro to the broth and include the chopped vegetables.

Step 7 : Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 8 : It is important to taste and adjust the seasoning and check that the vegetables are sufficiently tender.

Step 9 : Continue cooking until the broth acquires a thicker consistency and then remove from heat.

Step 10 : Finally, serve the Luk Luk accompanied by rice.
