1 kilogram of Beef

5 Plantains

1 tablespoon of Oil

½ Onion

½ Chili

2 Garlic cloves

2 Cilantro branches

1 tablespoon of Beef broth

1 tablespoon of Seasoning

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing the beef thoroughly to remove excess fat and cut it into the desired size.

Step 2 : Set aside.

Step 3 : Wash and peel the plantains, cut them into pieces, and add them to a large pot with enough water and salt to taste.

Step 4 : Let cook for 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Remove the plantains from the pot without turning off the heat, along with one cup of broth, and blend until smooth.

Step 6 : Return the mixture to the pot.

Step 7 : Place the heat on low.

Step 8 : Finely chop the onion, chili, garlic, and cilantro.

Step 9 : In a skillet, add the oil and sauté the onion with the chili for 2 minutes.

Step 10 : Then, add the garlic and sauté for another minute.

Step 11 : Pour the sautéed mixture into the pot along with the chopped cilantro and other ingredients.

Step 12 : Cook for 15 minutes, making sure the meat is tender.

Step 13 : Adjust salt if necessary and remove from heat to let rest.

Step 14 : Once ready, serve and enjoy this delicious dish.
