Ingredients

1 pound of Jutes

1 Onion

1 Chile

1 Tomato

2 Garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of Margarine

2 liters of Water

½ tablespoon of Paprika

1 Shrimp bouillon cube

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

2 Green bananas

1 Ripe plantain

½ kilogram of Yuca

1 ½ cup of Coconut milk

1 Finely chopped celery stalk

¼ cup of Chopped culantro

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, rinse the jutes with enough water and then remove the tips with a knife.

Step 2 : Then, rinse them again and set aside.

Step 3 : Next, finely chop the onion, chili, tomato, and garlic, and set aside.

Step 4 : In a pot, melt the margarine and sauté the onion and chili for 2 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, add the garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.

Step 6 : Next, add the jutes to the pot along with the tomato and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 7 : Once done, add the water, paprika, bouillon cube, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste, and bring to a boil.

Step 8 : Meanwhile, peel and chop the green bananas, plantain, and yuca.

Step 9 : When the soup is boiling, add the bananas and yuca, cover, and cook everything for 15 minutes.

Step 10 : After this time, add the plantain, coconut milk, celery, and culantro.

Step 11 : Cover again and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 12 : Finally, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, remove from heat, and serve.
