Ingredients

2 cups of Maíz pozolero

1 cup of Cacao rallado

1 Rama de canela

1 cup of Azúcar

1 liter of Agua

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, bring water to a boil.

Step 2 : Add the pozol corn and the cinnamon stick, and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Then, add the grated cacao and sugar, mix well and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Remove the cinnamon stick and serve the hot pozol.
