Hen Soup with Corn Rice
Ingredients
1 Native hen
2 Medium potatoes
1 pound of Potato
1 Medium pumpkin
2 Carrots
1 Medium sweet potato
2 Green bananas
2 Ripe plantains
1 pound of Rice
1 White onion
1 Sweet chili
1 Cilantro bunch
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
2 Spice bags
2 Chicken broth
2 liters of Water

Preparation
Step 1 : The native hen is cut into portions and lemon juice is squeezed over them until they are soaked.
Step 2 : Then they are washed and placed in a pot with oil.
Step 3 : In another skillet, tomatoes, onion, chili, cilantro, and garlic are sautéed, then added to the pot along with water, seasonings, salt, broth, and spices.
Step 4 : Let it cook.
