Ingredients

½ Hen

1 tablespoon of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

¼ cup of Pineapple juice

1 tablespoon of Whole milk

½ cup of Oil

½ cup of Chopped yellow bell pepper

½ cup of Chopped onion

½ cup of Chopped tomato

3 liters of Water

½ cup of Corn rice

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

¼ cup of Sliced carrot

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, it is necessary to cut the hen into 4 pieces and season with garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.

Step 2 : In a pot previously heated with oil over medium heat, brown the hen pieces and then add the chopped onion, yellow bell pepper, and tomato, mixing well.

Step 3 : Then add the water, chopped cilantro, pineapple juice, whole milk, and Parmesan cheese, and cook under pressure at medium temperature for two hours.

Step 4 : Once cooked, check and adjust the flavor by adding salt and pepper if necessary.

Step 5 : Keep at medium temperature and add the corn rice, allowing to cook for another 30 minutes.

Step 6 : Two minutes before finishing, add the sliced carrots.

Step 7 : When serving, you can present the soup with the hen pieces whole or shredded.
