Ingredients

18 Corn tortillas

2 cups of Cooked and shredded chicken breast

1 cup of Chopped tomato

½ cup of Chopped onion

1 tablespoon of Chopped garlic

¼ cup of Chopped green chili

¼ cup of Peach nectar

½ cup of Cream

¼ cup of Parmesan cheese

½ liter of Vegetable oil

½ cup of Chopped purple cabbage

½ cup of Chopped lettuce

3 Lemons

½ cup of Seedless chopped tomato

½ cup of Chopped onion

½ cup of Seedless chopped cucumber

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, cook tomato, onion, and garlic for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Then add Peach nectar, water, and chicken, season and let cool.

Step 3 : Next, fill tortillas with the prepared mixture, secure with toothpicks, and fry in hot oil until golden.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, mix cabbage with lettuce and dress.

Step 5 : Prepare a salad with tomato, onion, and cucumber with lemon.

Step 6 : When serving, place the fried Taquitos on a bed of lettuce and cabbage.

Step 7 : Serve with the salad, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
