Ingredients

1 Coconut

2 Green plantains

1 Ripe plantain

3 Green bananas

½ pound of Yuca

½ pound of Sweet potato

2 pounds of Fish

Preparation

Step 1 : The recipe begins by grating the coconut and extracting the milk.

Step 2 : Mix the coconut milk with water to obtain three cups of liquid.

Step 3 : Bring this liquid to a gentle simmer in a large pot.

Step 4 : Add two small sweet peppers, chopped garlic, a small chopped onion, cilantro leaves, salt, pepper, and a pinch of achiote to the liquid in the pot.

Step 5 : Once all the seasonings are in the pot, add the chopped yuca.

Step 6 : When the yuca is half cooked, include the green plantain.

Step 7 : After a while, add the sweet potato, banana, and ripe plantain to the pot.

Step 8 : Cover and cook over low heat until all ingredients are fully cooked.
