1 Allottered indian chicken

1 Large tomato

1 Onion

1 Chili pepper

5 Garlic cloves

3 Potatoes

2 Carrots

1 Pumpkin or sow pumpkin

2 Corn on the cob

Chicken broth

Salt

Pataste

Cilantro and parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this soup, first wash the chicken thoroughly and boil it in a pot with water for about an hour until tender.

Step 2 : Once the chicken starts to soften, add the tomatoes, chili, onion, garlic, and vegetables to cook everything together.

Step 3 : To enhance the flavor, you can add a little chicken broth, being careful that the soup does not lose its characteristic color.
