Ingredients

1 pound of Salted meat

1 Chopped sweet chili

1 Tomato

1 Culantro leaf

1 Chopped onion

1 Grated coconut

1 tablespoon of Oil

2 Sliced plantains

2 Sliced green bananas

2 cups of Yuca

Salt and pepper

Spicy chili

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the salted meat in a pot and add water, then cook for about 20 minutes or until the meat softens.

Step 2 : Then, extract the coconut milk from the grated coconut and add it to the tender meat.

Step 3 : In a skillet with hot oil, prepare a sofrito with sweet chili, spicy chili, tomato, culantro, onion, annatto, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Add this sofrito to the meat and let it come to a boil.

Step 5 : Next, incorporate the plantains, yuca, and green bananas, and cook for about 20 more minutes.

Step 6 : Once ready, enjoy!
