Chicken Soup with Vegetables
Ingredients
1 Pieces of chicken
2 Sliced carrots
1 Chopped onion
3 Chopped garlic cloves
1 Chayote cubes
2 Sliced corn
2 Cubed potatoes
1 Chopped celery stick
2 liters of Chicken broth
Fresh cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, place the chicken broth and bring to medium heat.
Step 2 : Add the chicken, carrots, onion, garlic, chayote, corn, potatoes, and celery.
Step 3 : Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4 : Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5 : Finally, serve hot and garnish with fresh cilantro.
