Chicken Soup with Corn Rice
Ingredients
1 Indian chicken
2 Medium-sized tatos
1 pound of Potato
1 Medium pumpkin
2 Carrots
1 Medium sweet potato
2 Green bananas
2 Ripe plantains
1 pound of Rice
1 White onion
1 Sweet pepper
1 Cilantro bundle
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of Salt
2 Spice sachets
2 Chicken bouillon
2 liters of Water
1 Lemon
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the Indian chicken into pieces and squeeze lemon over them until soaked.
Step 2 : Then, wash and place them in a pot with oil.
Step 3 : In another pan, sauté tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, and garlic, then add to the pot along with water, seasonings, salt, bouillon, and spices.
Step 4 : Let it cook.
Step 5 : Cut the vegetables into pieces and add to the pot, cooking everything for 30 minutes.
Step 6 : After 20 minutes, add the rice and continue cooking.
