Broccoli Cream
Ingredients
1 pound of Potatoes
1 Head of broccoli
2 cups of Milk
1 Onion
10 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing and chopping the potatoes, broccoli, and onion into small pieces.
Step 2 : In a pot, add half of the indicated water and salt, then cook the potatoes and broccoli until tender.
Step 3 : Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4 : Once cooled, blend or process these ingredients together with the remaining water, adding the raw onion.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture back into the pot and add the milk, bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
