Ingredients
1 kilogram of Salted beef
2 Green plantains
1 kilogram of Yuca
1 kilogram of Potatoes
1 White onion
2 cups of Coconut milk
3 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel and chop the plantains, potatoes, and yuca to your liking.
Step 2 : Set aside.
Step 3 : In a large pot with water over medium heat, place the chopped vegetables and onion.
Step 4 : When it boils, add the meat and reduce the heat to medium for about 30 minutes.
Step 5 : Add the coconut milk and cook until the vegetables are tender.
