Ingredients

1 kilogram of Salted beef

2 Green plantains

1 kilogram of Cassava

1 kilogram of Potatoes

1 White onion

2 cups of Coconut milk

3 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel and cut the plantains, potatoes, and cassava to your liking.

Step 2 : Set aside.

Step 3 : In a large pot with water over medium heat, add the chopped vegetables and onion.

Step 4 : When it boils, add the beef and reduce the heat to medium for about 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Add the coconut milk and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender.

Step 6 : Occasionally stir and season with garlic, salt, pepper to taste, and chopped cilantro, cooking for another 15 minutes.

Step 7 : Taste and adjust the seasoning, then remove from heat and serve in individual bowls.
