4 cups of Cooked beans
1 Chopped garlic
1 Onion and sweet chili
Salt and spices
1 Beef broth
Tall cilantro
2 Eggs
2 Green plantains
Water
Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by blending the beans with garlic, onion, and chili.
Step 2 : Then, place the blended beans in a pot, add some water and oil.
Step 3 : Bring to a boil until the beans are cooked.
Step 4 : Once boiling, add the eggs, green plantains, and seasonings to taste.
Step 5 : Let cook for approximately 10 minutes.
