Finely and broadly chopped cilantro
4 Garlic

2 pounds of Cassava
3 Ripe plantains
3 Carrots
7 Beef broth
2 pounds of Cassava
2 Patties

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation (simple version)
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the soup, start by sautéing the chili, onion, garlic, and tomato in a pot with a little oil.
Step 2 : Then, add the tripe and sauté for a few minutes before incorporating the necessary water and coconut milk for the soup.
Step 3 : Next, add all the seasonings and vegetables, except for the ripe plantains, and cook everything for about an hour.
Step 4 : Finally, add the chopped ripe plantains and let it cook a bit longer.
