2 pounds of Beef rib
3 liters of Water
3 Garlic
1 Onion
1 Sweet chili
1 pound of Yuca
1 pound of Potatoes

3 Green plantains
1 Pataste
1 Cabbage
4 Corn
1 pound of Sweet potato
2 Beef broth
1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Achiote
