Ingredients

1 pound of Beans

1 pound of Pork meat

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 Broths

2 Spice bags

1 Cube

1 Cilantro bunch

3 Garlic cloves

1 Tomato

1 Medium white onion

1 Medium green chili

3 Green plantains

1 pound of Yuca

1 Pataste

2 liters of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, heat a little olive oil over medium heat, then add the tomato, onion, chili, and garlic, and sauté until tender.

Step 2 : Add water to the pot, along with the beans, vegetables, yuca, and green plantains.

Step 3 : Let cook over medium heat until the ingredients are tender.

Step 4 : Season the mixture with broths, spices, a cube of broth, and salt to taste.

Step 5 : Add the pork meat and cook everything together for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is well cooked.

Step 6 : Check that the meat and vegetables are fully cooked before removing the pot from the heat.

Step 7 : Let the preparation cool slightly before serving and enjoy this delicious Latin American dish.
