Ingredients

1 pound of Beans

1 pound of Beef

1 White onion

1 Sweet chili pepper

1 Culantro bunch

3 Green plantains

1 pound of Yuca

2 Taro roots

2 Beef broth

2 Spice bags

1 Bouillon cube

2 liters of Water

3 Garlic cloves

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat the olive oil and then sauté the onion, chili, garlic, and culantro.

Step 2 : Next, add the water and beans, as well as the cut green plantains, yuca, and taro roots.

Step 3 : Cook the mixture for about 25 minutes, adding broth, spices, the bouillon cube, and salt to taste.
