Bean and Rib Soup
Ingredients
2 pounds of Pork ribs
1 pound of Beans
5 Pata cilantro leaves
1 Head of garlic halved
½ cup of Castilla cilantro
¼ cup of Chopped green onion
4 tablespoons of Cream
½ cup of Shredded cheddar cheese
1 Avocado cut into 4 parts
2 Lemons
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The pork ribs are seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, lime juice, and oil, then baked at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Step 2 : In a pressure cooker, cook the beans with garlic for about 1 hour, until tender.
Step 3 : Then, add the baked ribs to the beans and cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Finally, season the mixture with cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Step 5 : Serve the soup accompanied by avocado, green onion, cilantro, cream, and shredded cheese.
