Ingredients

2 pounds of Cooked yuca

1 cup of Whole milk

4 tablespoons of Yellow butter

½ cup of Grated mozzarella cheese

½ Head of garlic

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cleaning the cooked yuca to remove the inner vein.

Step 2 : Once cleaned, use a fork to mash the yuca until you get a smooth purée.

Step 3 : In a pan, melt the yellow butter and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Step 4 : Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Step 5 : Then remove the garlic and add the whole milk.

Step 6 : Gradually, incorporate the yuca purée, mixing well to combine all ingredients.

Step 7 : Once the mixture is uniform, add the grated mozzarella cheese.

Step 8 : Mix the cheese well with the purée and season with salt and pepper to taste.
