2 cups of Cooked white rice

2 teaspoons of Oil

Chopped sweet chili

Cilantro

½ cup of Chopped onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 can of Coconut milk

1 cup of Bean broth

1 cup of Diced pork meat

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot previously heated with oil, add the garlic, onion, and sweet chili, and stir until creating the sofrito.

Step 2 : Next, add the rice and half of the can of coconut milk.

Step 3 : Once the rice has burst, incorporate the remaining ingredients along with the other half of the coconut milk.

Step 4 : Cook the preparation for 15 minutes.
