Ingredients

1 cup of White rice

1 Diced carrot

1 Chopped red bell pepper

1 Chopped green bell pepper

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped garlic clove

2 cups of Vegetable broth

1 teaspoon of Cumin

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2 : Add the onion and garlic, cooking until golden.

Step 3 : Then, add the carrots and peppers, cooking for a few more minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the rice and cumin, mixing well to infuse the flavors.

Step 5 : Pour in the vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper, and let cook until the rice is ready.

Step 6 : Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 7 : Once done, remove from heat and let rest a few minutes before serving.
