Traditional Grilled Meat
Ingredients
2 pounds of Beef (sirloin, churrasco, or tri-tip)
1 cup of Orange juice
½ cup of Soy sauce
3 Chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Honduran-style grilled meat, place the meat in a container and marinate with orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 : Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 3 : Then, turn on the grill to medium-high heat and cook the meat on both sides until reaching your desired doneness, approximately 10-15 minutes per side.
