Ingredients

1 pound of Salted beef cut into pieces

1 pound of Salted or smoked pork rib

4 Pork sausages

4 Green plantains

4 Ripe plantains

2 Large yucas

1 Chopped onion

1 can of Coconut milk

½ cup of Whole milk

1 pound of Chicharrón (pork cracklings)

3 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Chopped sweet chili pepper

1 Chopped tomato

Fine cilantro

Oil

½ Yellow butter stick

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, the salted meat must be prepared following the indicated procedure beforehand.

Step 2 : In a pot with oil and butter, sauté onion, sweet chili, tomato, cilantro, and crushed garlic.

Step 3 : Subsequently, add the beef and enough water.

Step 4 : When the meat begins to tenderize, add the pork rib, then remove the meats and set aside the broth.

Step 5 : In a pot, layer alternating slices of plantain, yuca, meat, sausage, and chicharrón.

Step 6 : Add the reserved broth and coconut milk.

Step 7 : Cook the mixture until the plantains are soft, ensuring all ingredients are well combined to achieve the desired flavor.
