Sweet Potato and Pineapple Purée

Ingredients

4 pounds of Sweet Potato

2 Yellow Butter Sticks

1 Bag of Marshmallows

1 cup of Water

2 liters of Pineapple Juice

½ cup of Semi-skimmed Milk

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious sweet potato and marshmallow purée, first, wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into large cubes.

Step 2 : Then, boil them in water and pineapple juice until they are soft.

Step 3 : Once ready, drain and mash with the help of a food mill.

Step 4 : In a separate container, mix the semi-skimmed milk with half a stick of yellow butter.

Step 5 : Season to taste and blend the mixture well.

Step 6 : Grease a mold with yellow butter and pour the sweet potato purée into it.

Step 7 : Next, place the marshmallows over the entire surface of the purée.

Step 8 : Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 120°C - 280°F for 6 minutes.
