Ingredients

2 Avocados

1 cup of Diced red onion

¼ cup of Diced chili pepper

Lemon juice to taste

1 pound of Raw and cleaned yucca

Water

½ pound of Chopped steak meat

1 cup of Chopped onion

1 cup of Chopped tomato

¼ cup of Chopped carrot

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

1 teaspoon of Paprika

½ cup of Tamarind juice

½ cup of Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon of Paprika

¼ cup of Lemon juice

2 tablespoons of Apple juice

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The yucca is cooked in pieces in a pot with water until soft.

Step 2 : Then, it is mashed to form a dough and made into balls.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, the meat is cooked with onion, tomato, carrot, and seasonings, and the resulting mixture is set aside.

Step 4 : Small balls are formed with the yucca dough, filled with the previously prepared meat mixture, and fried until golden.

Step 5 : To complete the dish, a sauce is prepared using the mentioned ingredients, and the stuffed yucca balls are served soaked in the sauce.
