Ingredients

1 pound of Pork tajo

2 Spice bags

3 Garlic cloves

1 Cilantro bundle

1 Large carrot

4 tablespoons of Vinegar

2 Pepper bags

3 Green apples

1 Beef broth

½ cup of Grapes

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

3 Mushrooms

1 Parsley bundle

1 pound of Potato

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, wash the meat and make a hole in the center of the tajo that is wide and deep enough.

Step 2 : Next, place the meat in a lightly oiled skillet, add olive oil, and cut the carrot, potato, green apple, and mushrooms into pieces.

Step 3 : Then, chop garlic, cilantro, and parsley to put into the hole of the tajo and season with salt, spices, and broth.

Step 4 : Rub vinegar both inside and outside of the meat and add grapes before cooking.

Step 5 : It is important to cook the meat, turning it occasionally and adding more oil if necessary.

Step 6 : The cooking should last approximately 15 minutes until the meat is golden and the ingredients are cooked.
