Ingredients

4 cups of Cooked white rice

4 tablespoons of Yellow butter

¼ cup of Pineapple juice

¼ cup of Apple nectar

1 cup of Pecorino cheese in cubes

1 cup of Ground meat

½ cup of Almonds

½ cup of Sweet corn kernels

3 tablespoons of Parsley

¼ cup of Black and blond raisins

1 cup of Chopped mushrooms into quarters

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the ground meat with a bit of olive oil and cook for about 15 minutes or until done.

Step 2 : Then, set the meat aside.

Step 3 : In the same skillet, melt the Yellow Butter and add the chopped almonds and raisins.

Step 4 : After mixing well, add the Pineapple Juice and Apple Nectar.

Step 5 : Let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms, stir, and incorporate the rice.

Step 6 : Mix everything together and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 7 : Finally, add the sweet corn, parsley, Pecorino cheese, and serve.
