Ingredients

4 Ripe plantains

1 cup of Grated quesillo

4 tablespoons of Cream

4 tablespoons of Chopped cream cheese

1 cup of Refried red beans

4 Bacon strips

cup of Cilantro leaves

3 Garlic cloves

cup of Olive oil

½ Jalapeño

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, preheat the oven to 350°F and cook the ripe plantains, wrapped in aluminum foil, for 20 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, remove from the oven, cut them open in the center, and fill with Quesillo to bake for 8 minutes.

Step 3 : While the plantains are baking, prepare the cilantro sauce by blending cilantro leaves, garlic, jalapeño, and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Additionally, fry the bacon strips in a skillet until crispy.

Step 5 : Once the baked plantains are ready, fill them with beans, crispy bacon strips, Cream Cheese, and Cream.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the stuffed plantains accompanied by the cilantro sauce to enjoy an explosion of flavors in every bite.
