Ingredients

4 Bass fish fillets

200 grams of Shrimp or prawns

10 Crab sticks

1 Large onion

10 Chopped basil leaves

¼ pound of Gouda cheese

80 grams of Flour

80 grams of Yellow butter

½ liter of Whole milk

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden.

Step 2 : Then, add the shrimp and season to taste, also incorporating chopped parsley and chopped crab.

Step 3 : Toast the fish fillets on a grill with a little oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 4 : In an ovenproof dish, place two previously grilled fish fillets, fill them with the shrimp, crab, and parsley mixture, add cheese, and cover with the other two fish fillets.

Step 5 : Pour the bechamel sauce over the stuffed fillets and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6 : Finally, gratinate in the oven until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
