Ingredients

4 Basa fish fillets

200 grams of Shrimp or prawns

10 Crab sticks

1 Large onion

10 Chopped basil leaves

¼ pound of Gouda cheese

80 grams of Flour

80 grams of Yellow butter

½ liter of Whole milk

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden.

Step 2 : Then, add the shrimp and season to taste, also including chopped parsley and chopped crab.

Step 3 : Grill the fish fillets on a griddle with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
