Ingredients

8 pounds of Chicken

6 Garlic cloves

3 Scallions

3 Spice bags

1 White onion

2 Carrots

3 Potatoes

1 Tomato paste

3 Raisin bags

1 Cilantro bunch

1 Parsley bunch

1 can of Green peas

1 can of Sweet corn

1 Lemon

1 pound of Ground meat

2 Chicken broth

1 cup of White wine

1 Margarine bar

1 Pataste

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The chicken should be washed and cleaned with lemon juice, the skin removed, and a hole opened in the center at the head.

Step 2 : Place it on a baking tray and spread melted margarine over it.

Step 3 : Prepare the sauce in a pot with 4 cups of water (and sugar if desired) and pour it inside the chicken.

Step 4 : Cut the vegetables into square pieces and fill the chicken with half of them, leaving the rest around the tray.

Step 5 : Chop the garlic, scallions, onion, cilantro, and parsley, adding half inside and the rest around.

Step 6 : Season with salt, broth, and spices, add the soaked ground meat in white wine, peas, sweet corn, and the remaining wine.

Step 7 : Add raisins, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes until golden.

Step 8 : Check that the inside of the chicken is well cooked and tender.

Step 9 : Allow to cool before serving.
