Ingredients

1 Whole chicken

30 grams of Bread crumbs

3 tablespoons of Tomato sauce

1 Chile

1 Chopped onion

3 Garlic cloves

1 ½ tablespoon of Olive oil

1 Diced apple

1 pinch of Salt

30 grams of Chopped dried plums

½ pound of Ground meat

1 liter of Milk

1 Lemon

1 String

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with oil, sauté the chile and onion.

Step 2 : Next, add the garlic gradually and sauté for 2 minutes without stopping to stir.

Step 3 : Soak the bread crumbs in milk and then set aside.

Step 4 : Add the ground meat, apple, and bread crumbs to the skillet, allowing the meat to cook.

Step 5 : Finally, add the tomato sauce and dried plums.

Step 6 : Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper, then stuff it with the cooked meat mixture.

Step 7 : Tie the chicken's legs to prevent the filling from spilling out and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for an hour and a half.
