Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fresh and clean chicken feet

2 cups of Water

2 Large potatoes chopped into small cubes

2 Medium carrots chopped into small cubes

1 Large onion

3 Ripe tomatoes

2 teaspoons of Oil

1 Sweet chili pepper

1 teaspoon of Salt

100 grams of Cilantro

4 Green plantains

Chismol

Shredded cabbage

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, first ensure that the chicken feet are clean.

Step 2 : Then, cook the chicken feet with the potatoes, water, and carrots for 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, blend the tomato, chili, onion, oil, and salt, and add this mixture to the pot.

Step 4 : Allow everything to cook for 25 minutes.

Step 5 : Add the cilantro and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 6 : Separately, fry the green plantains, optionally adding salt.

Step 7 : Finally, serve this delicious dish with shredded cabbage and chismol.
