Shrimp Rice in Coconut Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups of Water
¼ Onion
1 Garlic
1 cup of Rice
3 cups of Shrimp
1 cup of Canned Mussels
1 tablespoon of Butter
2 tablespoons of Grated Coconut
2 cups of Coconut Milk
½ tablespoon of Saffron
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with water, onion, and garlic, add the rice and let it cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until it is ready.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, sauté the shrimp and mussels in butter in a skillet.
