Ingredients

1 cup of White rice

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 ½ cups of Chicken broth

1 Carrot

1 Medium white onion

1 can of Sweet corn

1 Dehydrated chicken cube (bouillon)

1 pinch of Salt

2 Garlic cloves

1 Small cilantro bunch

Preparation

Step 1 : First, chop the onion, carrot, and garlic cloves.

Step 2 : Then, place them in a pot along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 3 : Add the cup of white rice and stir with a spoon, sautéing the rice with the other ingredients over very low heat for about 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the cups of broth, the cube, and the salt.

Step 5 : Incorporate the can of corn and mix everything very well.

Step 6 : Let it cook for approximately 15 minutes and then increase the temperature to speed up the cooking process.

Step 7 : Once the rice has dried and only bubbles of water remain, cover the pot and turn off the heat.

Step 8 : Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
