Seafood on the Stone
Ingredients
½ pound of Shrimp
½ pound of Squid
½ pound of Clams
½ Stick of butter
1 tablespoon of Shrimp consommé
1 Julienned avocado
1 Red morrón chili
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
Chopped cilantro
1 White onion
1 tablespoon of Black pepper
1 tablespoon of Yellow chili
2 cups of Orange juice
4 tablespoons of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : Slice the onion and sauté it in a pot with oil over medium heat, along with black pepper and shrimp consommé until it turns translucent.
Step 2 : Then, add the orange juice and yellow chili, bring to a boil before removing from heat.
Step 3 : Blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 4 : Clean the seafood (shrimp, squid, and clams), and cut the red morrón chili into slices.
Step 5 : In a skillet, sauté the seafood with the yellow butter, seasoning with shrimp consommé.
Step 6 : When nearly cooked, add the red morrón chili and sauté together with the seafood.
Step 7 : Next, incorporate the prepared sauce and sauté all ingredients together.
Step 8 : Finally, the dish is ready to be served.
