Ingredients

2 pounds of Baby potatoes

4 Rosemary sprigs

2 Thyme sprigs

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

3 tablespoons of Apple nectar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious roasted potatoes with rosemary and thyme, start by washing the potatoes very well with their skins on and making diagonal incisions without separating them.

Step 2 : Then, place them in a baking dish and add water and apple nectar.

Step 3 : Add chopped garlic, yellow butter, a splash of olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and thyme to taste.

Step 4 : Preheat the oven to a medium-high temperature and bake the potatoes for approximately 45 minutes or until golden and tender inside.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove from the oven and serve hot to enjoy their delicious flavor and texture.
