Ingredients

1 pound of Beef

1 pound of Smoked chorizo

1 pound of Pork

2 Green and medium bananas

1 pound of Cassava

2 cans of Coconut milk

2 Achiote packets

1 Onion

1 Green chili

3 Garlic cloves

1 Cilantro bunch

1 pinch of Salt

1 Pepper packet

1 Oregano packet

2 Corn on the cob

1 pound of Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot over heat, place the sliced green bananas, potatoes, cassava, chopped onion, and chili, then add enough water to cover the ingredients.

Step 2 : Proceed to season by adding the two achiote packets, pepper, salt, garlic, and oregano, along with the cilantro bunch and corn on the cob.

Step 3 : Once the ingredients are cooked and the meat is tender, check that everything is ready.

Step 4 : When reaching the desired consistency, turn off the heat and let it cool before serving.
