Salted Meat in Coconut Stew
Ingredients
1 pound of Beef
1 pound of Smoked chorizo
1 pound of Pork
2 Green and medium bananas
1 pound of Yuca
2 cans of Coconut milk
2 Achiote bags
1 Onion
1 Green chili
3 Garlic cloves
1 Cilantro sprig
1 pinch of Salt
1 Pepper bag
1 Oregano bag
2 Corn cobs
1 pound of Potatoes
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot over heat, place the two sliced green bananas, potatoes, yuca, chopped onion, and chili, then add water until covering the ingredients.
Step 2 : Proceed to season by adding the two achiote bags, pepper, salt, garlic, and oregano, also add the cilantro sprig and the two corn cobs.
Step 3 : Once the ingredients are cooked and the meat is tender, verify that everything is ready.
Step 4 : When reaching the desired point, turn off the heat and allow to cool before serving.
